How Does The Online Training Work?
Once you have purchased a course(s) you will receive an email containing login details to access your student hub. Within the student hub you will gain access to your theory content of your course(s), once you have completed this you will be required to upload a case study submission within your student hub or you can book in for a virtual practical assessment with a tutor, before gaining certification upon completion.
What Happens If I'm Unsuccessful Passing My Case Study Submission Or Virtual Practical Assessment?
If you do not pass the virtual assessment the tutor will ask you to upload a case study submission to your student hub orrebook a virtual assessment
Does Re-Booking A Virtual Assessment Incur A Fee?
Yes, unfortunately re-booking your virtual assessment will incur a £20 fee per rebooking as this covers our tutors time.
What Do The Courses Include And Cover?
All courses include theory content, video demonstration, a case study submission or virtual practical assessment, and a hardcopy certificate upon completion.
Do I Need Any Previous Experience To Complete A Course?
You will need previous experience/pre-requisites to complete any Level 3 courses.
Are The Courses Insurable?
Yes, all our courses are fully insurable, however we recommend checking with your insurance company prior to purchasing the course.

We recommend ABT Insurance, Insync Insurance and Simply Business Insurance.
Who Are You Accredited By?
All courses are accredited by CPD and ABT.
